  • New/Prepped: Items have been prepped for resale. Sales/Clearance stickers have been removed and the item is packaged in poly bags for protection. Brand-new, unopened, fully functional items in original packaging. Includes all features as advertised by the manufacturer. Packaging may show signs of wear through the shipping process. New items are usually overstock/excess inventory or shelf pulls. Items have been inspected by our LootMob warehouse operations team.

  • Like New: Fully functional items that may show signs of handling or cosmetic wear. Items may have been in some customer contact with various price tags and/or labels apparent on the packaging. Items may not come with manuals, documentation or additional accessories. Items should be in full working condition despite cosmetic wear. Items have been inspected and tested by LootMob warehouse operations team.
  • Customer Returns: Items that were purchased at retail and returned for various reasons. Some of the items are fully functional and retail-ready while others may require additional maintenance and repair. The returns may have operational and cosmetic problems and could possess noticeable cosmetic blemishes. They often do not include the advertised documentation or additional parts and/or accessories. Uninspected returns are sold as-is.
  • Salvage: Items that are defective or severely damaged. Items generally require additional maintenance and repair for resale. Items are usually used for parts and rarely come with manuals, advertised documentation, parts, and/or accessories.
  • Shipping Shipping is based on the overall weight of the order. We pass our amazing saving with UPS directly to you. Shipping rates will be provided during the checkout process so you know all your costs upfront. Orders Ship in 48 hours and takes 2-6 days for delivery Ups. We do our best to provide you with the absolute best price for shipping possible.
  • Currently we only ship to customers in the United States. This is in part because some brands have export restrictions on thier items.
